Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellations prior to 14 days of the start of your reservation, we will refund your $25 deposit on the card originally charged, it may take a few business days to see the credit on your account.

 

Cancellations within the 14 day window of the start of your stay, a $25 credit will be applied to your guest account and can be applied towards a future stay.

There are no refunds on early departures or inclement weather..

Management at its own discretion, may issue a credit towards a future stay for remaining days.

Property Wide Guidelines

Pet Policy:

* Pets are permitted in Duplexes only, Pets are not allowed in Cabins (possible service dog exception).  Pets must be registered at Check In, there is a $25 fee per pet due at check in.  Pets not registered or in cabins are prohibited and will have to leave with no refunds given.

* Quite Hours - Please respect Quite Hours from 10:00 pm till 7:00 am. Refrain from playing loud music, and noisy behavior around the campfire.

*  Campfires: Please extinguish campfires by 10 pm. Do not leave burning campfires unattended.

• Recreational vehicles can NOT be driven by anyone under 16 years old, warning first and then you will be asked to leave.

• We are not responsible for any items left in rooms, campers, boats or vehicles.

• Owners have the right to ask anyone to leave for breaking the rules, at anytime.

Canoe & Kayak Usage – Rentable at the office/store, guests receive a 20% discount. Liability Waiver MUST be signed at the office and life jackets must be worn at all times.

• Absolutely NO cleaning of dead fish or animals in cabins, bath house or bathrooms.

Wifi – NOT available at any sites, cabins or duplexes at this time, but fiber has been recently put into ground with service coming in the future.  There is cellular reception in campground, AT&T works the best. WiFi - Starlink is emitted from the office & Bar, keep in mind there are many aspects that can affect the signal.

NO SMOKING in any of the rooms or buildings of At Ease Campground! Please DO NOT discard butts on ground. If a guest smokes in the room, there will be a $150 cleaning fee added to credit card on file.

 

Cabin Rules 

* NO Pets in Cabins (possible service dog exception) , Pets are permitted in Duplexes ($25 fee).  Pets not     registered or in cabins are prohibited and will have to leave with no refunds given.

* We provide bed linens & towels for your Cabin/Motel Room. Our staff will not enter cabins during your stay. 

* For Stays of 4 or more days… Bed Linens and towels may be exchanged at your request, Please contact office to arrange exchanging. 

• No grilling on porches or close to cabins.

• Put trash in outside, centralized bins that are critter proof, dumpster located behind restaurant for large collection of trash.

• $20 charge to card on file for items missing from cabins(key, towels, pillows, etc…)

 

Campground Rules

• Dogs Max 2 per site. They must be cleaned up after, vaccinated and kept on a leash at ALL TIMES.

• Limit 2 cars per site – Additional parking available upon request.

• Dispose of trash in the dumpster behind restaurant, do not leave trash at site.

• Do NOT discharge black/grey water on the ground, insure proper connection to sewer system.
